Lovely hotel and a great stay!

Amazing rooms, clean, spacious and a great ambience! We were welcomed very warmly, everything was straight forward. We also took a walk to Andys pub which is a 10 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again, and can highly recommend it.

The breakfast from the cafe was not great, but it has nothing to do with the hotel directly as the hotel provides a voucher, nothing more.

Tidy, spacious and clean room & nice cafe!

The whole facility was new and clean. The room was spacious. They had everything we needed including kitchen appliances. If there were a bathtub, it would have been prefect though. The cafe we ate breakfast had a wide variety of food! But it was very crowded and took more than 40 mins for us to get food.

One of the staff members was a bit unfriendly, but anything else was just great. The cafe should open a bit earlier considering how long it takes to serve food.

Perfect hotel for arrival/depature. Very clean, cool reception. The rooms are great! The breakfast in the neighbouring Cafe is also very nice (you get a 300 Rand coupon from the hotel to spend on breakfast).

Great privately owned hotel.

The hotel was really nice for its price -- beating many 4-star chain hotels I've previously stayed in. The breakfast at Krisjan's next door was amazing.

A bit far from the city center, but taxis are reasonably priced.

The room was amazing, the bed was super big and comfortable, the woman at the reception was incredibly friendly and helpful. An amazing way to start out our holiday in Namibia

comfy for quick trip but no garden to sit in

my room and central location

The restaurant not opening for dinner. Order yours early and ensure that they put it in your room. noise from road also a problem with staff walking past my window all the time .

A really nice place to stay for a short stopover

Lovely little hotel in a business area, friendly and very helpful staff, little café next door for breakfasts and terrace coffees and cake, excellent rooms.

A bit out of the way from central areas and malls, difficult to find as the hotel and roads round it seemed to have changed names.

We arrived in the early afternoon to find no towels in our...

We arrived in the early afternoon to find no towels in our room. Hours later we recieved 1 towel and was told that was all they could do. 16hours after checking in and asking numerous staff we finally got towels. The cafe closes early. There was no cutlery in the room and it felt like it was cleaned but not reset. Our room was directly behind reception and we could hear everything. The water pressure was terrible.

Comfortable and enjoyable.

The room was big and comfortable with a great TV and nice closet space and an office table. Nice bathroom and big shower.

I was very happy with the place my only concern was the smell in the room which I assume relates to the sewage system. SHower head was also not great

The perfect Hotel

This is one of the best Hotels in Windhoek that I have ever stayed in. Value for money and the Comfort can not be beaten by any other place. I Simply love Hillside Tenbergen. This is the only Hotel that i will make use of in the future, unless of course they don't have space.

Great rooms and breakfast. But no bar/restaurant on site after 6pm, and a gym would be great

Very nice, big room. Clean, modern, spacious. Café next door for breakfast is also top notch (although they need to sort out their card payment difficulties)

Missing a gym. Maybe have a deal with virgin active for guests to be allowed entry? Also the Café closes too early (5 or 6pm) and after that there are no catering options other than delivery or going out.

Very pleasant. Rooms clean, modern and comfortable.

Location is just out of town but in seems safe, car park is behind a gate so no problems with car security

Booking was for a twin room with two beds and only one was provided. The staff member on duty sorted it out quickly with no fuss and good humour
